With the implosion of the mortgage market in 2007, Capital Consulting's business has increased significantly and with an affiliate company partnership via Asset Disposition, LLC has purchased and/or traded over 570 mortgage notes to date totaling over $63 million in transactions. Through stringent underwriting standards and knowledge of the market, the company has experienced a less than 1% default rate to date while returning to our investors an average of approximately 15% annually.
The partnership was founded in late 2007, the principals have over 20 years of combined experience in all facets of the Real Estate and Financing Markets.
